CONTROL PANEL AND REMOTE OPERATING CONSOLE
To meet different power requirements depending on the configuration of each machine, D.C. drives of varying capacities are available. The standard range includes 20HP, 30HP, 60HP, 75HP and 100HP. For low capacity drives of 20HP and 30HP, rectifier panels are used whereas for higher capacities, thyristor panels are used which can be further synchronized in multiples, for higher power requirements.
Higher capacity D.C. Drives availability includes: 60X60 HP, 75X75 HP, 100X100HP, 120X120 HP etc. Such drives are synchronized with the electronic card.

BRUUSHMIST DAMPENING SYSTEM :
The contact-less brushmist dampening system consists of independently variable-speed, motorised, stainless steel dampener fountain rollers, chrome-plated dampener vibrator rollers, rubber dampener form rollers and stainless steel trays with inlet/outlet. This roller train ensures a uniform water film onto the plate mounted on the plate cylinder.
